Social Media is an ever ending learning process and I am always happy to assist people of various backgrounds and knowledge to understand more on the subject and elevate their skills to reach their goals.
On Tuesday November 14th I had the pleasure once more to deliver a one day seminar on Social Media Marketing covering subjects on How to Listen to your Audience, How to engage them successfully with your Brand and How to handle Owned, Paid, Earned and Shared Content.
During the training, participants had the opportunity work in teams and create a monthly social media plan which included identifying their audience, the suitable social media networks to reach them and the way the content would be delivered to engage their audience.
